The Innovation Center offers one large and one midsize conference rooms, a flexible demo room, and spacious social areas adapted for mingling and food. New relationships form between tenants, conference guests, and visitors in a creative atmosphere in our relaxed and playful lounge spaces.

The Northern Lights
Are you looking for the ideal place to develop and share your ideas? The Northern Lights is our largest conference room, offering traditional conference seating layouts and a comfy lounge area. The Northern Lights can be linked with the demo room and the Coast area if certain activities and extra space are required.
Room suited for 10-25 people with exclusive conference table and chairs.
Lunch, snacks and fika on request – adapted for your specific occasion.
Whiteboard, fast connection, large screen and crisp sound system.
Lovely roof terrace and a cozy lounge, because every conference needs moments of fresh air
Showroom
An out-and-out demo and showroom equipped for exhibits of many shapes and forms. Refurnishing the space for different presentations or workshops is an easy fix. Carry out your dream visions and meet the future in a flexible place boosting opportunities.
Room for 10-30 people.

Easy and fast connection of high quality sound and two larger screens

The Coast
Make your visions possible in a spacious room with scenic views of Luleå city. It’s the perfect place for large seminars, mingling, and tasty meals with café or cinema sessions.
Room for up to 85 people.
Speaker system, projector, microphone, you name it!
What about furnishing? Your wish is our command, most of the time.
Access to breathtaking views of Luleå with a roof terrace.
Gulf of Bothnia
The Gulf of Bothnia is a small conference room that offers space for practical sessions for focus and productivity. It’s an uncomplicated and moderate space for times when only the necessary is needed. The room is also the perfect choice for private meetings where discretion matters. And hey, remember that great wonders can come about with the right equipment, even on small surfaces.
Room for about 5-10 people on ground floor.
Access to kitchen and social lounge areas on the 4th floor.
